We collect our guests’ requests on their treatment needs through a simple service request form, communicate with our partner medical institutions/doctors in Turkiye and present it to our guests. We conduct the communication between our guests and the medical institution, handle any kind of travel arrangements if requested by them and make sure they go back home healthy, safe and happy.
